BioEnergie gruenes Deutschland GmbH (Mainz, Germany) and its subsidiary, BioEnergy Germany – Machinery and Plant Construction Co., Ltd. (Thailand), are part of the international BioEnergy Group. With over 20 years of experience in planning, manufacturing, and operating biogas plants worldwide, the BioEnergy Group combines expertise in servicing and maintaining over 600 biogas plants and providing biological support to more than 300 biogas plants globally.

Position: International Sales – Technical Sales Key Account (m/f/d)
(Southeast Asia, Taiwan, India, Japan, South Africa, Ukraina, USA)

Location: Flexible, with potential international travel


As an International Sales – Technical Sales Key Account, you will play a crucial role in expanding our global presence and driving sales growth in the biogas industry. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote biogas plant solutions and services
  • Identifying and engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, and acting as the key point of contact
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
  • Providing technical expertise and support to clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs
  • Participating in international trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads


  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the biogas or renewable energy industry
  • Strong knowledge of biogas plant technologies, including anaerobic digestion and gas utilization systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings, trade shows, and business development opportunities
  • Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Renewable Energies)
